Luciana was raised at home in Rome with her grandparents. Luciana's father was Manlio Paoluzzi who was an Italian Army officer, and her maternal grandmother was Maria Rota Paoluzzi who was at one time Benito Mussolini's lovers. There is no information on whether there were any siblings. Luciana is the only female who graduated from her high school class in Milan. Luciana also studied nautical engineering in Milan. Luciana began as an actress in fashion after two years.
